Basement windows before

New window openings for basement bedrooms

The existing basement had 4 small windows.
We've cut openings for 3 - 6 foot wide by 3 foot windows in bedrooms and home theatre room
and 2 - 3 foot by 3 foot windows in new laundry and bathroom.

The new windows are only 18 inches below grade so there's lots of light and even views.

Raising the garage

New foundation for mudroom and garage.

Garage out of the weeds and side and rear addition being framed.

Garage framed and roof shingled. Saved the front door from the house

and will install 3 windows when the house windows are on site.

Should make a nice workshop.

We renovated the garage first to use as a job shack and workshop while the house is being renovated.
